STEPS TO REMOVE EVENT MARKERS ON HARDDRIVE (download any clips before proceeding THEY WILL BE DELETED!)
1: Remove hard drive from DVR
2: Plug hard drive into computer using USB cable
3: Windows will recognize hard drive and load drivers
4: Open MY COMPUTER and you will see the hard drive listed
5: Right click on hard drive and select format

When format is complete all event markers and data will be erased

6: Unplug and reinstall in bus
